Ramirez Legal Studio was born after realizing that the practice of law in Puerto Rico needed to be modernized, by providing high quality services with out the high price tags of traditional law firms. We believe in personalized and “out of the box” solutions to help our clients achieve their goals in a cost effective way, without sacrificing excellence and diligence. We understand that having legal issues is something many would like to avoid, so that is why we always strive to be empathic, honest and diligent in the solutions.

Natalia I Ramírez Díaz

Our founding attorney, Natalia I. Ramírez Díaz, is a young businesswoman, who loves, believes and bets, on the potential of her beloved Puerto Rico. With this in mind, Ramirez Legal Studio has been designed as a complete legal hub, which offers fast, result-oriented, and cost-effective legal and notarial services. We offer clients individualized and attentive representation, always with the highest quality in service, empathy, and a corresponding sense of urgency.

 In 2017, after the devastating passage of Hurricane Maria thru Puerto Rico, Ramirez Legal Studio, distinguishing itself for its rapid response adapted to the new reality and commenced offering its legal and notarial services directly to its client home or business.

Today, Ramirez Legal Studio offers its services in its offices located in San Juan and Trujillo Alto, Puerto Rico, or directly to clients’ houses or places of business.

Ms. Ramirez Diaz studied her primary and secondary education at Wesleyan Academy, located in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico. She studied her undergrad degree in the University of Puerto Rico, Rio Piedras campus, obtaining her Psychology degree, with high honors, in 2011.

During her undergrad studies, Ms. Ramirez Diaz participated in a student exchange program, where she lived and studied in Madrid, Spain. During this time, she coursed Judicial and Legal Psychology courses in the Complutense University of Madrid. 

After returning from Spain, Mr. Ramirez participated in two student internships offered by the Puerto Rico Legislative Branch. The first one, known as “Ramos Comás” took place in the Puerto Rico House of Representatives, where she learned about Puerto Rico law-making procedures. The second internship, known as “Córdova Fernos” took place in the United States Congress in Washington D.C where she worked with Congressman Charles B. Rangel. During this experience, Ms. Ramirez developed a high proficiency in legislative and law-making procedures.

During Mr. Ramirez experience as an associate attorney, she focused on complex commercial litigation cases, representing well-known banks, hedge funds, corporations and individuals in contractual, mortgage, real estate, inheritance and intellectual property matters. Afterward, Ms. Ramirez worked as an In House Corporate Attorney in a well-known hospital chain in Puerto Rico.

Since 2017, Ms. Ramirez manages her private legal and notarial practice concentrated in civil law and public notary matters, associated with inheritance, estate planning, commercial and real estate procedures.

Ms. Ramirez is part of a legal team composed by attorneys established in different parts of the island, allowing them to give their clients complete legal and notarial services, without sacrificing quality, honesty, and diligence.
